This album contains photographs of the Blencowes of Chailey wealthy landowners and prominent citizens of Chailey who contributed to the Great War effort through the the children of John George Blencowe and Frances Henrietta Campion. Many of the photographs come from the collection of Frances Blencowe and were meticulously researched by Paul Nixon who has a blogspot about Chailey here
